All requests are organized on your dashboard in Asana (our project management tool). Each task has its own chat for easy communication.

You can share texts, images, documents, or even record a short video (for those who prefer to speak and not write). The clearer the request, the faster the delivery will be.

In Asana, you can create requests in minutes, and keep track of the status of each task.

Additionally, we can create a general chat in Slack to communicate more general topics.

We will assign you an expert according to your context and needs.

Additionally, a Success Supervisor will be available to support you with any concerns, ensuring that the talent is meeting your expectations.

If you feel that talent doesn't fit your vision, we'll assign you a new one.

Each talent is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

We recruit experts from all over the world, and each one has their local time. We ensure that their time zone matches yours.

If within the first 15 days you feel that our service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund. This offer applies to all plans, but only within the first month of service.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of fraud, policy abuse, or manipulative behavior.

Additionally, to be eligible for a refund, you must have provided clear and specific instructions throughout the process.
