We don't cover the following design jobs: 3D modeling, animated graphics, interactive document design (medical forms, etc.), complex artwork, and extensive print design (books, magazines, etc.).

All requests are organized on your dashboard in Asana (our project management tool). Each task has its chat for accessible communication.

You can share texts, images, documents, or even a Loom (for those who prefer to speak rather than write). The more precise the request, the faster the delivery.

In Asana, you can create requests in minutes and keep track of the status of each task.

Additionally, we can create a general chat in Slack to communicate more general topics.

We will assign an expert according to your needs (designer, developer, video editor, etc.).
A Success Manager will also support you with any concerns, ensuring that the talent meets your expectations.
If you feel that talent doesn't fit your vision, we'll assign you a new one.

Each talent is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We recruit experts from all over the world and ensure that their time zone matches yours.

You can get a full refund during the first 15 days of your subscription, which is your trial period.
Sometimes, we may reject a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, police abuse, or manipulative behavior.
To qualify for the warranty, you must have provided clear direction during the process.
