All of our editors study the content and can make adjustments to their own account. You don't need to provide timestamps (for example, 01:05-02:10) when submitting a request.
However, if you're submitting a particularly complex request, it's a good idea to provide as much detail and expectations as possible.
Some examples of specifications that help the editor: what parts should be cut out, what style you want for captions, transitions or what general look you expect to get, what clips are for b-roll, what are the clips in the main body, how many videos you want from that footage, what are the keywords you want to highlight, what are the words you want to censor, what structure of the video you are looking for, what are the specific characteristics of your brand, etc.
The revisions are unlimited, and we'll keep working until you're 100% satisfied.
All requests are organized on your dashboard in Asana (our project management tool). Each task has its own chat for easy communication.
You can share texts, images, documents, or even record a short video (for those who prefer to speak and not write). The clearer the request, the faster the delivery will be.
In Asana, you can create requests in minutes, and keep track of the status of each task.
Additionally, we can create a general chat in Slack to communicate more general topics.

Additionally, a Success Supervisor will be available to support you with any concerns, ensuring that the talent is meeting your expectations.
If you feel that talent doesn't fit your vision, we'll assign you a new one.
Each talent is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
We recruit experts from all over the world, and each one has their local time. We ensure that their time zone matches yours.
If within the first 15 days you feel that the service is not for you, we will refund your money. Valid for all plans, for the first month only.
In some cases, we may reject a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, policy abuse, or manipulative behavior.
To qualify for the warranty, you must have provided clear direction during the process.
